One (1) day = (24) hours
You can rent a vehicle for less than 24 hours but you will be charged the one (1) day fee.
Renter/driver’s Age:
At least 20 years old.
Driver’s License for Atv/Quads:
– Car driving license B class
– Those who are not residents of a European Union member Country (E.U.) should have an International Driving Licence certified for cars.
– Drivers must show the appropriate driver’s license for the vehicle reserved valid for at least 1 year.
– We will refuse ATV rental if we think that the driver is not Safe for any reason (e.g lack of Driver skill, suspected alcohol use etc)
– The insurance company accepts a car driver’s license that is in English even if an International permit is legally required, so we will accept such licenses without the international as the law it is.
HELMET: A helmet is provided for the renter (driver) and the co-driver, free of charge.
Taxes:
24% VAT and 0.5% city tax are included in the rental rates.
Payment Options
Deposit Amount: The deposit can be paid online with Bank Transfer.
Balance Amount
The remaining amount will be paid when you pick up the vehicle with cash or credit, debit, or prepaid cards.
Cancellation policy: ??
“The company has the right to change the model with a similar or to cancel the rental in case of emergency.
In case of “Last minute” technical problems the company has the right to change the vehicle you have selected and to replace it with another vehicle without extra charge or to cancel the reservation or return the money of the booking, always in Consultation with the customer.”
Traffic Terms:
The fines and any other consequences of traffic violation are in complete charge of the tenant, who is obliged to pay them to the corresponding Greek Public Authorities.
-> For accidents caused by a driver who is not declared in the
rental contract.
-> In case of accident for which the renter has not informed the
station of COMFORT TRAVEL or has not submitted the relevant
accident declaration, as required by Greek law, regardless if he /
she is responsible or not.
Fuel Policy:
All the vehicles are delivered with fuel level about 1/4 of the fuel tank.
Mileage:
Unlimited mileage (only on Santorini island) is included in our Rental Prices.
1. The renter confirmed the good condition of the Vehicle before receiving it.
2. The renter agrees to deliver the rental Vehicle in the same condition, with tires, tools and equipment that it had on the day of the agreement.
3. No one else is allowed to use the Vehicle except the renter and who is not allowed to drive it under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4. The renter agrees to follow the Local road traffic rules and not to use the Rental Vehicle for speed races, on hard terrains, sandy beaches or in any other place where the Vehicle may be damaged or prohibited by the authorities.
5. The tenant assumes sole responsibility in case of violation of the road traffic code or illegal parking that will be confirmed by any Public (police, etc.) and Municipal authority throughout the duration of the lease, as it arises from this contract and undertakes the obligation to pay the relevant fines.
6. In case of any damage, the renter agrees to stop the Vehicle in a safe place and notify our company.
7. The renter agrees that he has the personal responsibility at the same time as the delivery of the Vehicle to pay all the rent and any other expenses that have come from damage or delay from the time of delivery.
8. The renter noted that the Vehicle insurance protects him from third parties. In any case, the tenant is not insured for the following cases:
a) If a passenger of the Vehicle had an accident due to the renter’s fault.
b) If an accident occurs and the Vehicle was not driven by the renter.
9. In the event of an accident the tenant must immediately notify our office giving a full explanation of the incident.
10. Only the Greek courts are competent for any ambiguity or disagreement of our Office or tenant
11. The renter is obliged to return the Vehicle with the amount of fuel that he / she has on the day he / she receives it from us!
12. In case of theft, the tenant is responsible.
13. The tenant cannot transfer to another island.
14. The renter is obliged to pay upon receipt of the vehicle.
15. The renter needs to have an international driver’s license if he is not an EU citizen.
